Your Patient Journey
Initial Consultation & Intake

Your journey begins with a 15-20 minute consultation call with one of our Patient Navigators. During this initial assessment, they will evaluate your eligibility for our treatments.
If you qualify, you’ll proceed to a 30-minute virtual visit with a healthcare provider who will review your medical history and answer any medically specific questions.
Procedure Date Selection
& Payment

Once eligibility is confirmed, you’ll select a procedure date and make your payment. We offer a variety of payment options including bank transfer, credit card, and 0% APR financing.
Payments can be made directly via our patient portal or coordinated through your Patient Navigator. Insurance is not accepted.
Pre-Procedure Preparation

After your payment is processed, you’ll be instructed to have blood work done at a local Quest Diagnostics center. Prescriptions, if necessary, can be filled at your local pharmacy. Costs of medications are not included in your treatment package.
Before your procedure, you’ll meet virtually with your doctor, a Registered Dietitian, and a Physician Assistant to prepare for your treatment day.
Procedure Day

On the day of your procedure, arrive at the surgical center at least one hour prior. You are required to bring an adult to accompany you home post-procedure. Once you’re checked in, you’ll be prepped for the operation, including changing into a surgical gown and initiating IV fluids.
The procedure lasts 20 to 90 minutes, depending on the type. Post-procedure, you’ll spend 1-2 hours in recovery before being cleared to go home.
First 72 Hours

The day after your procedure, an IV nurse will visit your home or hotel for hydration and to help prevent nausea. Depending on the specific procedure you undergo, you may need to be on a liquid diet for anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.
You’ll also receive a check-in from one of our providers. Our medical team is available 24/7 during this critical period for any concerns you may have. Most of our patients return to work within 3-5 days of the procedure.
