“It is incredibly important for me to always meet my patients where they are currently at in their health and weight loss journeys. While I love to educate, I find that I work best with my patients by asking questions and listening. This approach allows us to work together on making realistic and sustainable behavioral changes, setting goals, and brainstorming ways to overcome any barriers or challenges that may arise. I want my patients to feel heard and understood by knowing that their nutrition care plan has been individualized to fit their lifestyle and meet their needs.”

Encouragement or support or motivate message for individuals dealing with obesity.

“A major pillar of a successful weight loss journey is support, which I am here to help with. While I will always provide accountability, I will also be your biggest fan and cheerleader. Weight loss is no easy feat, so I encourage all of my patients to celebrate themselves and focus on all of their victories and wins – no matter how big or small!”
